Our Founder

Tempestt Young is a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for wellness, yoga, and empowering women, especially women of color.

She's a graduate of Columbia College Chicago, with over a decade of experience in television production and creative media,  which has allowed her to build connections and develop innovative projects.

Tempestt founded Fits4Yoga, a women-owned, Black-owned yoga apparel brand that focuses on providing stylish, functional, and inclusive activewear.

Her dedication to promoting self-care and holistic wellness inspired the creation of SHEnergy Wellness, a non-profit extension of Fits4Yoga.

Through SHEnergy Wellness, Tempestt combines her passion for yoga with a mission to support underserved women by offering wellness programs, retreats, and donations to women’s shelters.

With a commitment to empowering women both on and off the yoga mat, Tempestt continues to build inclusive spaces for personal growth, healing, and community support.
